The “to-do” list

How come when you spend the good portion of your day getting all the little things done, you look at your to-do list and you have a hundred other things to do?!  Today I was able to start some of my spring seeds (tomato, onion, bell pepper and cauliflower, as well as my marigolds- to keep the bugs away!)  It felt good to get them in the mini greenhouse, and started on spring veggies! My husband was kind enough to spade my garden, too, so I was able to put my stakes up and plant my sweet peas!   Next up on the planting list: cucumbers, green beans, corn, potatoes, carrots and watermelon!

Joel cleaned out the chicken coop today, too, mostly because it needed it, but also in search of a stray egg or two.. but to no avail.  The girls are now making some awfully funny noises, and every time I hear it I think I am getting an egg.. hopefully soon! C’mon girls, I need some eggs to start baking with!

Nice to read about what is going on.The girls look pretty content. Abbie the to do list is never ending. Perhaps you need to make smaller ones, so as not to get discouraged. That would be short range and long range to do lists Love Grammy and PaPa
